Beef tongue slow-cooked at a low temperature for four hours offers a different texture and flavor compared to raw beef tongue, sure to delight your taste buds.

■Sashimi: Whole spiny lobster sashimi + today's fresh fish assortment (with wasabi, shiso leaf, lemon, cherry tomato, sliced onion, myoga ginger, and citrus apple)

We offer a platter featuring carefully selected spiny lobster and the freshest fish caught that day.

■Simmered Dish: We simmer the freshest fish of the day (with tofu, carrots, and burdock root).

We simmer the ingredients in our signature sweet and savory broth to create an exquisite simmered dish.

■ Appetizer: Charcoal-grilled seasonal fresh fish (with red and white lotus root and citrus)

We grill the freshest, fattiest seasonal fish over charcoal to perfection.

■Tempura: Tempura of eel and seasonal vegetables (with matcha salt)
