■Specialty: Eel with tortoiseshell sauce (fried radish and rape blossoms)

Tempura: large shrimp, smelt, and new lotus root (with five-color salt)

■Meat dish: Charcoal-grilled duck loin with special miso sauce

(Cherry tomatoes, lemon, wasabi, fried garlic, special miso sauce, homemade potato salad)
