【Contents of dish】

■ Appetizer: Beef tongue sashimi with caviar ~cooked at low temperature~ (wasabi, shiso leaves, chopped green onions, lemon, caviar)

Beef tongue slow-cooked at a low temperature for four hours offers a different texture and flavor compared to raw beef tongue, sure to delight your taste buds.

■Sashimi: Premium Assortment of Seasonal Fish (with wasabi, shiso leaf, lemon, cherry tomato, sliced onion, myoga ginger, and citrus apple)

We serve fresh, live fish of the day in a whole-fish sashimi platter, and we also offer a variety of other live fish platters that are a feast for the eyes as well.

■Main Dish: Butter-sautéed abalone and asparagus (with sliced onion, shiso leaves, lemon, cherry tomatoes, wasabi, and finely chopped green onions)
